Personal data of Newsletter subscribers are processed by DRIE-D for the following purpose(s):
- Informing the person by means of the general DRIE-D newsletter.
- Informing the person by means of news expressions about the areas of interest indicated by the person himself.

The basis for this personal data is:
- Verbal permission, e-mail traffic, issuing a business card and / or via link on LinkedIn;
For the above purposes, DRIE-D may request the following personal data from you:

Your personal data will be stored by DRIE-D for the aforementioned processing (s) for the period that one is seen as a prospect / stakeholder / lobby contacts and / or interested parties.
Processing of personal data of employees
Personal data of employees are processed by DRIE-D for the following purpose(s):
- Executing the employment contract.
- Business travel.
The basis for this personal data is:
- The employment contract.
- Rights and obligations arising from the business trip to a particular destination.
For the above purposes, DRIE-D may request the following personal data from you:
- First name;
- Insert;
- Last name;
- Gender;
- Telephone number;
- E-mail address;
- Date of birth;
- Salary data;
- Copy of proof of identity;
- BSN number;
- Bank details.
Your personal data will be stored by DRIE-D for the aforementioned processing (s) for the period that one has a contract and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.
Provision to third parties
We can provide the data you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the purposes described above.
We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. With these parties (processors) we of course make the necessary agreements to guarantee the security of your personal data.
Furthermore, we will not provide the data provided by you to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted.
We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission to do so.

Minors
